I have expert knowledge of title, procedures, and its internal operations. I can assist with streamlining your work flow while customizing it to your company's personal needs. 

Qualia administration and troubleshooting can be time consuming on your part. I am skilled with its settings and the managing the use of this software, to include customizing documents and reports, creating transaction specific folders and templates, contact data entry, set up smart actions and more. 

Streamlining procedures, from opening of contracts, pre-processing, underwriting, title curation, processing, conducting a closing, post-closing and post-post closing. If you don't have the time to train a new employee, I can certainly make it happen, individually or in a group setting. 

I even have a small team to help with day to day tasks from opening of contracts, pre-processing and prepping final policies.

Review raw title work, prepare title commitment noting requirements and exceptions, and issue final policies. Remedy and/or clear minor to complex title issues.

Process sales and refinance transactions, coordinating and obtaining all closing requirements and briefing of title to/from all parties, from opening, processing through closing to post-closing. 

Notary Public(FL Only) & Remote Only Notary(RON-Interstate Recognition) 

Conduct closing, to include explaining the Alta/CD line items, escrow, taxes, and directing clients to homeownership County/State specifics.

Acting as a third party authorized agent on behalf of the owner/seller's sale of real estate property to obtain approval for relief/forgiveness of the difference of monies owed to the mortgage lender(s) exceeding the sale proceeds of the said property due to financial hardship.

Never trust wiring instructions sent via email. Cyber criminals are hacking email accounts and sending emails with fake wiring instructions. Always independently confirm wiring instructions in person or securely or via a telephone call to a trusted and verified phone number. Never wire money without double-checking that the wiring instructions are correct.
